Happy Wednesday!
I’m back with another recipe for you all to try 🙂 My Southwest Breakfast Burritos come together so quickly, and they make the perfect savory balanced breakfast! Sometimes I get so sick of sweet cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt, so I need to switch it up!
These burritos are also super customizable; you can make them 100 different ways depending on what you are in the mood for, or simply what you might want to use up in the fridge from the week before. Plus, they are high in protein, and a great source of fiber and carbohydrates (if you haven’t checked out our summer nutrition article from last week you can do so by clicking here.)
